@Merk_Gang @LumpyTheCook There's something inherently evil about spiking someone's subscription plan by over 40+ dollars and auto renewing it instead of having them have to opt in to continuing it. Same as when a company starts to data gather you and you have to opt OUT not IN.

@LumpyTheCook Because quite often, People who are the most vocal on a trivial topic of fictional things have done actual horrible things in real life and are hoping to get suspicion taken off of it by pointing blame towards others. Good people don't throw stones at people who are doing nothing.

@woke8yearold @PandasAndVidya Computer Literacy is an unironic generational bellcurve. Smartphones are so locked down that most zoomers have no idea how to install an APK. Most of them down consume tech through desktops. I did IT for 7 years? Was super worried about zoomers till I began working w/ them.

@vanishlily I just want friends not romances, but everyone treats any interest or kindness as romance unfortunately. The one thing that needs to be toned down a bit if they do another one. Romance is fine but just talking and being interested in someone's hobbies shouldn't lead right to it.

@not__vee I remember being told there were people who thought movies back in the old days were real and constantly terrified of seeing people die on screen. Or panicked and ran when they saw a train coming at them. I used to think it was hogwash. I'm not so sure anymore.

If the articles I read about how they redid Cyrodil from a jungle river state(which it was lorewise) to being more like Middle Earth for LoTR are true it begins there. Seeking a larger audience.

@woke8yearold @PandasAndVidya Zoomers in some respects were worse than boomers with tech and understanding it. It was easier to remote on and assist them cause they knew how to click links and press "allow" better than Boomers. But they generally needed help with a lot more smaller things than boomers did.
