They do it all the time in her religion class. They don't talk about Christianity only Islam. It is going on since she came back after covid. She has started to speak up and the teacher really dislikes it. Iv requested a meeting. Funny thing is Muslims are exempt from the class.

Yes he could. He would have enough rights to contest it in court. Have you read the articles in question. 41.1.1 and 41.2.2. Both articles clearly defines the protection of mothers by our government. Nothing needs to be changed.
