@ByRyanWood Gute is good at adding talent, but has been borderline terrible at adding elite talent that pushes the team over the hump. Until he breaks some of his norms, this team will always be competitive, but never the best.

@NotionsOfJacob For the love of god, make a move to go up in the draft and get a blue chip player. Stop passing on the ones that fall into your lap.. don’t be afraid to trade for a key piece either. You see PHI/KC/SF do this often and ironically, are the teams that keep making it to the SB.
