🌟 Meet Jay, Our Inspirational Head Coach! 🌟 Say hello to Jahid Ahmed, the first British Bangladeshi to play County Cricket, a trailblazer using cricket for as a platform for social change, a former Essex cricketer and a Level 3 coach with a passion for transforming lives through cricket. 🏏 As the co-founder of our charity, Jay has made it his mission to create opportunities for kids from all backgrounds to discover and fall in love with cricket. Since starting this journey, he’s worked in 10 London boroughs, over 200 schools, and helped more than 10,000 children a year! 🙌 Jay’s favorite part? Watching kids grow from learning cricket in school to playing adult cricket. Off the field, Jay is an all-rounder for Blackheath Cricket Club, recent champions of the Kent Premier League. Fun fact: while touring Barbados, Jay met legendary cricketer Joel Garner after guessing he must be a fast bowler based on his height! 😄 #PlatformCricket #InspiringFutureStars

Our Hub Supervisor Matt Golding was delighted to join @zoechan_coop at @coopuk's Battersea store to celebrate our partnership. The support of @coopuk and their customers has helped take cricket to 100s of children in south & west London this year, including @batterseapark. 🙏

Well done to Lani from @wtwschool who won player of the week. She has fantastic hand-eye coordination, and has developed her cricket skills quickly by good listening. She hits powerfully and straight and is a sharp fielder with a strong throw!
