An immensely proud day for Bedonwell! The year 6 boys played in the ESFA 7s final against 7 other Bexley teams. They played brilliantly winning their way to the final which they won 1-0! They will now represent Bexley in the cross borough finals in February! Well done boys!

We celebrated @NSPCC number day today! The children dressed in some amazing outfits and completed some fun maths activities as well as raising money for the NSPCC!

As part of DT, Year 2 have been learning how to use appropriate pieces of equipment to prepare food. We will soon be making yummy wraps which we will take home for our families to enjoy!

The girls played their second round of league football matches last night, they played excellently and worked really well as team throughout the three games played! Well done girls!

In RE last week Sahara class were thinking about how Muslims express their ideas about God. We looked at beautiful patterns. We then each created a tile which we put together to make a whole class picture.

The boys football team played their second league match on Friday. They played incredibly against a good team coming out 9-0 winners! Well done!

KS2 have had their first taste of cookery club after school! This week they were making vegetable sticks with a feta dip and it looks delicious.

Year 4 loved taking part in the 2024-2025 Inner London Cricket Programme. They look forward to attending an inter-school cricket festival in the summer term.

Year 6 had their Christmas Carol service at St Andrews Parish Church yesterday. Each year 6 class sang some festive carols to their parents as well learnt all about the story of Christmas story!

Today was Christmas Lunch and Christmas Jumper day at Bedonwell! All of the children loved wearing their santa hats and the the Christmas dinner was wonderful!

Year 3 attended a Major League Baseball LSEAT event with Belmont School. All of the children showed our school games values of respect and teamwork. Well Done!
