Hi there, I understand theres a fibre break. question is why is it starting to happen more often? yesterday they said it was maintenance today its a break? Why is there no eta?? why does no one know what is going on???? this is directly affecting my income

Another day without internet thanks to @vumatel wonder if they have a budget to pay salaries to those that cannot do their work due to them? @Afrihost is there no other alternative? @GianVisser this is affecting my income, surely this cant be normal

@GianVisser maybe the ceo of @Afrihost will be able to get answers. My work depends on me having internet and one whole day already lost. all i get from Afrihost is apologies but no definite answers.

@vumatel I took it that a technician would be looking at the problem. I asked how long we must be prepared to be offline. It is 20:42 and we are still of since 9:00 this morning with no communication from you guys
