Update: Any event with at least 12 entrants (that meets the entry fee requirements) will count for attendance for Q4, regardless of the number of PR players attending.
For Q4, an event will now be eligible for PR if it has at least 12 entrants (lowered from 16). Requirements regarding entry fee are the same. 1 PR player may be required for an event with between 12 and 15 entrants to count. This will be decided upon by the end of the week.

@JirachiSsbu If you mean entry fee requirements, the event must require at least $5 per attendee to go to the prize pot
