@sarahhgustafson Much of what they’re “revealing” (such as USAID contributions) was public record already. The things people are worried about often involve showing up unvetted with commercial hardware and software and accessing sensitive information.

@sarahhgustafson It doesn’t seem strange to me that a secretary or chair would be legally constrained in the operation of their duties, particularly around the distribution of /access to sensitive information.

@nmosvick I mean, if you think everything since Marbury is judicial supremacy then fine, that’s a defensible position, just not one I agree with.

@nmosvick I don’t think having final interpretive word on matters of constitution and law is “judicial supremacy.” I don’t think an election every four years or impeachment are the only means available to check the power of a president.
