It appears that the teen was being sexually abused (possibly for years) by his youth sports coach and the mother (who was having an affair with said coach) was covering for her lover. Inappropriate urination/defecation in older kids can be a sign of abuse.

My sister & I are distantly related, too. We've seen on records with both Ancestry & Family Search that we have Swift relatives in Massachusetts in the 1700s & 1800s....and so does Taylor. Living folks can lock down their info, though, and we're pretty sure Andrea & Scott did.
