You'll be hard pressed to get people, especially women, to admit this but it's ABSOLUTELY true. It's also gotten A LOT worse because women don't wanna hold a wrench, swing a hammer or dig with a shovel. They tend to work in regulatory compliance which has caused that money suck for companies to explode. I've been in industry over 30 years & have watched it happen.
