The city's Severe Weather Emergency Provision for rough sleepers will be open from tonight (Wed) until 2 Jan. Rough sleepers will be able to get a warm place to sleep, with bedding, hot drinks and breakfast at Fairview Court in Peterborough each night from 10pm.
