Did some calculations from the few years ago big floods that in six week over the Burdekin dam , there was 500,000 megs per day average . The Fitzroy and Murray Darling river systems could do with a some of that over a 12 month period maybe. 🤔

That’s a heck of a lot of fresh water going out into the ocean Richard , from the Burdekin catchment. Did the Suttor or Cape or Belyando river systems contribute much or was it mostly from back of Ingham and Innisfail areas ?.

Huge damage there Lockers. Wonder if there is a successful bio control need developing , more than shooting control solution. Does crop variety play a part in pigs targeted areas mate ??
Pig damage in sorghum. Our most costly & destructive pest this season. Need #GRDC & #CRDC to join #LLS to come together to help quantify losses and cost of joint area wide control.
