Shoot down balloon: F-15, one 70mm rocket, deactivated warhead. Punch holes in balloon. Balloon will start descending. At 30,000 ft. use C-130 to snag balloon with grappling hooks on cables. Cables will drag parachutes from back of C-130 lowering balloon to ground.

Never had it at home but did learn to love it when I would go to summer camp at a USAF Base as a teenage Civil Air Patrol Cadet. As an adult I would fix it for my kids as "Army Breakfast" and they love it.
