Just as an addendum to this post. A little over a year ago I was in the midst of a two month bender in which I barely worked and had lost my job that I had been at for over ten years. Still a long way to go but to say I’ve come a long ways is a massive understatement.

Been a drunk piece of shit for a few years now and sobered up for two months then relapsed last Friday. Sobered up again Wednesday and just had a couple of great phone interviews today. Pretty excited for the future for the first time in a long time.
