@easyjet. We are waiting at LCA check-in gates 17-19 after ezy8658 was cancelled. Where are your staff and why have you failed to sort accommodation almost five hours after we should have departed? Extraordinary circumstances is not an excuse for an awful response.

@SW_Help 1. Usual Train service shambles, trains delayed. 2. Packed carriages b/c of delays. 3. Passenger falls ill (possibly because of packed carriage) 4. SWR claim trains are late because of ill passenger.
