GUILT-FLATION. I didn't see this one coming. I experienced it at a restaurant in Wicker Park yesterday, where they add a 3% surcharge "in lieu of increased prices," but they tell you that you can opt out (although that part is not very visible). #inflation #guilt #guiltflation
