Forcing extra capital into the asset class will inflate prices. Doesn't matter how you try to slice it. With enough time people will do what people do and look for ways to game the system to their advantage.

It's easy to say the process would look utopian, but there are countless examples and more scenarios than I care to point out at how this would get taken advantage of and go completely sideways. It would lead to very bad long term outcomes economically.

Great point. In fact, Sam Altman recently completed a study around the outcomes from giving individuals monthly stipends (he tried to simulate UBI). There were thousands of ppl in the study. All around annual income levels of ~$45k. The group that received the stipend were

Spinning up a side hustle while you're on a W2 is a great way to get a little momentum, and gain some confidence in taking the leap.
There's some sacrifice required (time), especially if you already have children.

Not with clients, but I do have expectations of employees. Especially key employees, same as I'm sure you do. If any of your highly paid executives were to do something detrimental to one of your organizations what would your approach be if you couldn't fire them on the spot?

The last 3 yrs., I action the first email that hits my inbox regarding season passes from Epic or Ikon. Highly recommend...

This is the 3rd vehicle I've sold to Carmax, and tbh, I leave there happy every single time.
Did I get the most bang for my buck? Probably not. But when I factor in the amount of time I saved myself from having to:
