I can’t help but sit back and be amazed at what some of these kids have done. The most successful ones so far are the ones that have planned their entire day/year on how they can become the absolute best. The psycho kids who have the loftiest dreams are the ones I want.

The culture these guys are building is second to none. I’m amazed at how some of these guys go out of their way to push the people in their group. Guys who have been friends for years or HS seniors lifting with kids who are just meeting the weight room… it doesn’t matter.

We trained heavy. We trained light. We jumped ALOT. We trained accessories very hard. We rotated on a Keiser at different loads. We tracked literally everything. Most importantly…we trained at max intensity every single day. No matter if it was 10 or 105 degrees. We got it in.

6 months out of labrum surgery stronger than he’s ever been. Jump PRs have been destroyed throughout his rehab process. Kept the foot on the gas and we’re starting to see the benefits 👀

How well can you deliver the message you are trying to send. Listening to the examples and words chase uses to get these guys to do what he wants is something that is hard to teach and takes an understanding of psychology and motor skills. Something most coaches don’t understand.
