In her first race back, Shelby Houlihan ripped an 8:31.56 at the Arkansas Razorback Invitational. It is her first sanctioned race since 2020. She set a new Facility and Meet Record. Her last 400m was a 64.77. The mark would move her to No. 7 on the All-Time List, however her indoor personal best of 8:26.66 seats her in the No. 4 All-Time spot already.

@jgault13 The fawning over her by the American track media these last few days, appearing actually excited for her return, has been absolutely horrendous for the sport. How can you again mention the "burrito" excuse Jonathan, without then explaining that it wasn't at all credible?

@AdamCrafton_ You're comparing something that u think might have happened (losing a Burton replay) with something which actually would've happened, getting a replay today vs Spurs. Predicting a "likely defeat" vs Burton, just like spurs were "likely" to win in normal time today. But didn't.
