Our latest paper "Competitive co-diffusion as a route to enhanced step coverage in #CVDep" is now published in @NatureComms Based on an idea by @ArunHaridasC we show how addition of a heavy inert atom can increase the step coverage in CVD

I.e., possible to measure a thinner sample to use as a reference for peak position calibration. Already at a thickness of 7 nm, the peak positions are distorted, both with and without neutralizer.
