The word isn't the issue here, it's people who are calling tgirls "fem>boys<" that's the issue. Someone could do the same to me and call me a man, doesn't mean we should stop using the word man. It only means I don't identify with it and don't like being called it.

Sorry your friends didn't enjoy it and that's their own choice but that song impacted me in a positive way and helped me come to terms with coming out and gave me the courage to push through the rough if I wasn't accepted. It helped me see people can change with exposure to us.
