3 years ago today I had a horrendous 🏍 accident which left me in a coma fighting for my life. I can honestly say my accident has change me as a man for the better.Appreciate what you have,dont take the simple things for granted, laugh,love and smile everyday. NEVER GIVE UP 💓💓.

Had a set back today in my recovery. Few more ops/metal but believe me this won’t beat me. with the wonderful friends I have I’m going to smash this. Remember there is always someone better off then you. Positive mind = positives results 💪🤛🤘.

Wow what a day. lost 4-1 to a superb @Alton_fc side. Credit to the Wessex league on and off the pitch. BUT what a day for me personally 1st game as chairman of the club I love @DowntonFC. Off the pitch and around ground we absolutely nailed it. Thank you to everyone involved ❤️.
