@njn_nicola @HighFarndale The benefit if you're travelling or for some other reason don't have immediate access to the means to boil an egg that you can eat a healthy, nutritious, low-carb snack/meal & aren't forced to choose between UP sandwiches, crisps or confectionary

@AgriEleanor @StuartMaggs @ScotLandEstates @RachelReevesMP Given the beneficial 'Deal for Millionaires' after @RachelReevesMP jetted off to Davos perhaps farmers can persuade her to actually sit down & talk to them by offering her a private jet flight to a luxury hotel with celebrities for her to meet with & a 5* super-luxury goodie bag

@DogImaginary @HighFarndale Correct! It was the best clothes drying day of the year so far - dry, windy & even sunshine.

This looks great for visitors As for visiting Burnside - having failed dismally last year to accommodate everyone who wanted to meet the Lost Flock sheep, soon I'll be announcing dates through for this year when people can book to visit as part of a group
For those planning an island-hopping adventure, weβve put together this helpful guide, providing an overview of various islands in #Orkney and highlighting some of their must-see places to visit! #orkneyislands #scotlandiscalling #findyourorkney

@DouglasChristi9 This can't be correct! Orkney has the highest density of beef cattle in whole of Europe, supposedly belching out vast quantities methane, but no coloured circle over it on the map Or could it be that the metric for methane from wholly pasture fed ruminants is wrong?

This article by Patrick Holden of @SusFoodTrust explains so much better than I've been trying to do about the problem of policy adopting land sparing instead of land sharing principles. Well worth reading!

@Merry_Meredith @HenryDimbleby Bonkers! Can't believe @HenryDimbleby has put his name on this. Healthy diet needs measure of nutrients, not mere calories. Ruminants produce nutrient dense food & can be managed to improve soil quality & increase biodiversity. Some environments are wholly dependent on grazing.
