Farmers are once again in London to protest the poorly devised changes to IHT At 4.30 there is Westminster Hall Debate on the petition. Despite clear evidence the changes deliver nothing but damage to working farms @RachelReevesMP continues to refuse to meet representatives.

Nature Rant - Home from a lovely blustery walk along Fraisthorpe Beach this afternoon. Only had to collect a handful of rubbish! Sad at the lack of respect for nature though. When walking towards a flock of seabirds why wouldn’t you use the rest of the vast beach to avoid them?

@PaulWoldfarm Did you see that something like five rivers will need to be redirected into engineered channels, we all know concrete river work has limited potential for future proofing and I doubt there has been much thought to the downstream impact either.

Not my usual area of policy work but as someone who works tirelessly for the creation of good law and as a disabled person with disabled family I will not stop highlighting how inappropriate the Private Members Bill process is for such a significant topic of legislation!
