@s_lecrass @MikeyCycling The law is prescriptive by design. It has to be. A camera is not a phone. A bike is not a car. Speed limit is 20 on some roads, 30 on others. It’s the law.

@ShaunLintern A hospital autopsy does not seek to identify a cause of death; that MUST be known and the MCCD completed before a hospital PM can take place. If the referral to HMC was sound in this case, that first Coroner has a few questions to answer.

@LaurenMaeve @ShaunLintern Forgive me, but I suspect you’ve never been in the situation of trying to change a Coroner’s mind? It’s really tricky. There was no statutory duty to refer a death to a Coroner and certainly no system in place for a pathologist to do this.

I get why parking on the verge is not allowed, but to say it isn’t allowed because of a nature reserve status is disingenuous when we allow those verges to be trampled. Just say no parking because we say so.
