Our approach is more "inadvertent fitness" - while you were having a kickass time playing, you also ended up moving a ton!
We've been excited about VR's ability to make us use our bodies while gaming since the get go - check out this really old slide from a deck we once made:
I remember having a meeting at "Oculus Connect" OC5. 5 years ago with the Oculus Content team (Matt Conte, Deborah Guzman).
I said "fitness was going to be huge on the Quest".
They looked at me confused "the data doesn't support that".
Now it's the biggest use case.

. Rigidbodies tend to be uncooperative when inside each other, so our latest iteration uses Tundra's particle system trick to estimate the blade/enemy overlap to model the physical interaction.
