@TiceRichard World leaders seem reluctant to relinquish their powers. I wouldn’t be surprised if Westminster votes to extend the Coronavirus Act when the time comes. That shows how out of touch the politicians are with the general public, hospitality and businesses to name a few.

Not everyone has to be reactionary in their rhetoric and often it is wise to alleviate tension over a divisive issue.

@GottaBigMouth @SkyNews He remains the last chancellor of the exchequer to reduce the national debt also gold wasn’t a particularly valuable commodity. He needs to sell the gold reserves to pay off debt which in turn leads to falling interest rates.

@Nigel_Farage I’m a young eurosceptic who turns 18 tomorrow and I too am concerned about the crossings; this is not only dangerous for the migrants especially with the currents in the bay of biscay but illegal smugglers are profiteering a substantial sum of money. The UN needs to get a grip.

Wish I booked myself a ticket for the Tory conference But I’ve just started university and I left it to late to book a hotel when I checked early in the Summer (£400 a night) I’ll definitely look towards going next year which I’m sure will be more exciting with our new leader

@Simon4Equality @Nigel_Farage We can show compassion but what about for veterans who are not supported by the state? We cannot prioritise cheap labour anymore, the days of that are over. Our new Australian immigration system will allow for those with qualifications to come here.
