Absolute joke, we've had no floodlights all winter. As suspected looks like it's been a cost saving measure after all 😡
Oldham has made the decision to freeze charges on waste collection services, but it is understood that a fee to replace recycling bins could be introduced

SOUTH EAST LANCS CROSS COUNTRY After this morning’s inspection we have decided to cancel this Saturday’s races at Tandle Hill due to flooding in the fields. We are rearranging the fixture for Saturday 16th December at Heaton Park. #southeastlancsxc #crosscountry
