Oluomo, remaining Person with Significant Control of the company should still be put up for a vote and be decided by all concerned. Creating the community on X should not equals automatic right to have that significant control and position if we are being honest with accountability. If you indeed acknowledge that you acted inappropriately with the community funds, which overall is gross misconduct, you should not have a say in being able to continue as the PSC. It will be more reasonable if that decisions were made by other people and not you. If bcs you created the group and therefore must remain PSC, it means the foundation of the community will always be shaky!
