just to be clear i am pro immigrant, my first wife and this one was imported.... and we did the work to come in the right way the nightmare is that if you let an undocumented person into the US, unvetted.... (CBP1 app does not vett people.) find out he or she is a monster later, and the country they came from refuses to take them back there is NOTHING the US can do about it. international law says the home country does NOT have to take the person back if another country let them in. they HAVE to let the person stay even if they are ordered deported.... this is why pre vetting is so important, and normally takes 1 or more years.
