#Taliban Emir says not to obey his decrees that are against Islam but also says his decrees are based on Islam? How will we know if any of his decrees are unIslamic if he’s the only authority that can decide that? Clearly other scholars disagreement on decrees are being ignored

@KabulFrontline Would have made more sense to have Afghans who live there on the panel. A tourist’s analysis doesn’t help.
