We are deeply saddened to share the news that much-loved colleague Peter Jenkins has died.
Peter joined OSH in 1988 and has taught thousands of pupils who will no doubt speak of his kindness, generosity of spirit and legendary rugby commentary. We do and will miss him terribly.

Many congratulations to star year 13 organist George Nicholls who has been offered the Organ Scholarship at Royal Holloway University from September 2019. This follows George's recent grade 8 distinction on the Organ. Superb!

Maybury House in the evening sun. William Maybury was Head from 1883 to 1928. In June 1919 he closed the school due to an outbreak of diphtheria. OSH got through this and out the other side. We and others schools will do just this again in the face of our current adversity 🤜
