So true! Teachers need to remember to give themselves the grace they are affording others!
The big struggle now for teachers I know is the willingness to accept anything less than excellent. My colleagues work hard to make their lessons exactly right & this time of so many unknowns makes this practice difficult & a bit frustrating. We must remember our #GrowthMindset !
