Bingo. Because COVID policies quickly evolved from public health to political weapon & that bazooka is no longer useful as midterms approach.
I don’t think it’s MSM using common sense, I think it has more to do with politicians gradually feeling like mandates are not a good strategy for re election.
The Authoritarians need an exit strategy from their Covid polices/rhetoric and MSM is helping them.
