September is "stuffed" full of so much goodness! Today our cafeteria's are celebrating September as National Fruits & Veggies Month with the Virginia Harvest of Month veggie, sweet bell peppers. Our vegetarian stuffed peppers are filled with beans, rice, and everything nice.
