Great day at the first Major Trauma Advanced Practice group @ Salford meeting other Major Trauma ACP colleagues from across the country. Have come away with lots of ideas about our role and service š¤
MTAP held it's first UK Major Trauma ACP conference today. A brilliant day with teaching on older trauma care, EOL and vascular trauma and a great chance to network with other MT ACPs. Thanks @SCOMajorTrauma for hosting and to the ACPs that travelled from across the UK to join!

Iāve been thinking about speaking to cenree to see if I could perhaps do a bit of a study with it for ages. What do you think? X

@Rebecca_Marsh0 @beckyish1 @A_MacLullich @alice_podmore If only they had done that study before I wrote my dissertationā¦might have been easier š¤£ we still use the delirium screening tool I developed and I donāt know if itās a conicidence or not but we donāt seem to get many patients suffering with delirium now compared to before x

@JohnSimonHoyle2 @TUIUK Iāve got hardly any money left! And I was told āwell it was your choice to buy them!ā Itās not like Iāve been partying all night on the all inclusive cocktails!! You even have to pay for water here! But according staff hereā¦it was my choice to buy drinks so I wonāt get a refund!

@JohnSimonHoyle2 @TUIUK When I explained that when drinks are approx 4 euros each and itās 30 degrees outsideā¦that only covered 4 drinks each in the 24 hours we have been delayed if I was to buy them separately.I need to ensure me and my daughter stay hydrated and for me it was the cheapest option!!
