ما تعجبني العلاقات المحرمة ولا اقدر أتعاطف معها، فرضا الله فوق كل اعتبار، إذا أحد حبك بالطريقة الصح بتكون بما يرضي الله ويتعامل مع الموضوع على هذا الأساس، أما أي شيء غيره ما يستاهل ولا يكون فيه تقدير لقيمتك اللي حطها الدين الإسلامي، غريب المجتمع هذا، أتمنى تركزون بالعشر الأواخر.

اتذكر قرأت كتاب لجراح مخ وأعصاب زاد احترامي له أضعاف مضاعفة، ذكر أنه كل يوم في الليل قبل ما ينام يفتح لستة أسامي المرضى الموكل بهم لليوم المقبل ويدعي لهم، فهي حركة بسيطة تبين إخلاصه في عمله، فحبيت انشر الفكرة لعل أحد يطبقها في المستقبل.

Fun fact: They use the warm moist towel underneath to keep the intestines warm as a way to prevent postoperative adhesions & paralytic ileus. A way to trick the intestines that it’s still in the body, so that it doesn’t get irritated.

Meningeal irritation,
The first is Brudzinski sign; passive neck flexion causes knee & hip flexion
The second is Kerning’s sign; hip flexion & knee flexion followed by slow knee extension causes:
Conscious pt>pain down the back
Unconscious pt>Rigidity & resistance to extension.

Because they didn’t ask for it & don’t really have a choice. I remember I once heard a story about a man with the highest known IQ. He was accepted to Harvard at 9. In the end, as he got older he decided to leave all that behind for a more average lifestyle out of the spotlight.
