🚨 Wildfire Update: Nogah Creek (G90228) 🚨 Increased fire activity on northern flank has led to growth towards the north. The fire has crossed Komie Road, closing both Komie & SYD roads. Expect heightened fire activity tomorrow due to high temperatures. Stay alert & stay safe.

The NRRM Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) is in the process of relocating and will be leaving Fort Nelson today. Communications from the EOC will be suspended to shift efforts on relocation. Please monitor for updates in the interim.

There have been several schedules provided by the Tereus (DGS Paving) to complete the downtown asphalt this season. Unfortunately, the contractor has experienced several delays. Currently paving is scheduled to commence the first week of October 2023.
