@jacobwlthr @FISCrossCountry The sport is indeed somewhat stuck in a self-reinforcing cycle. As the chance of winning medals at World Championships and OG declines for smaller national XC-ski federations, less funding is allocated towards the discipline. This again prevents the development of talents.

@M_Haefliger @WinzenriedKa @KantonZug @SRF Es ist beschämend wie die Schweiz agiert, wenn es ums Geld geht. Insbesondere die arrogante Art vom Zuger Finanzdirektor @heinztännler, sowie die karikaturhafte Cüpli-Society in St. Moritz, sind ein Hohn für die Menschen in der Ukraine.

@LosnegardThomas The 3% performance difference to the rest of the field in today's 30k might support that claim. Incredible performance. Shamed be he who considers other reasons (e.g. currently lower than usual performance level in the starter field 🤔).
