Shit like this is honestly disrespectful to the new generation of gamers. You're basically saying that if the SF4 Era kept playing, the US would have done better in Capcom Cup, when half of them (especially Sanford) got smoked on a regular basis.

Y'all are forgetting something about Balrog's V-Skill 2:. HE DOESN'T HAVE TO CHARGE TO DASH STRAIGHT. Meaning he has a plus on block Dash Straight at the ready, WHILE WALKING FORWARD.
