They can release an entire story expansion with 6 new characters but it doesn't change the fact the game is fundamentally empty. After these characters get released, there is no incentive to play them for a long period of time because the game isn't even finished

I think it's the art style MK11 went for hyper realism and MK1 went for realistic with an art style, that's why you think faces and outfits probably look "better" but MK1 does produce the whole game at a better fidelity then 11

Kitana and Jade are cousins, Countess' are usually in Royal courts, and Sindel banished her. The trailer for the Kombat Kast next week or trailer for tomorrow is called "Revenge of the Banished", or something along those lines. Could it be!

produces the game at a greater fidelity than MK11.
But the art style they've chosen in this game has made all their deigns look really flat. For example the gold embellishments do not pop at all.
