Me "playing neutral".
a big part of "playing neutral" is being prepared for the opponent to suddenly attempt to advance via something like a dash or a jump or a forward moving attack. it feels like some people's definition of "neutral" is just mutually agreeing to do nothing.

βΌGuile.- Sobat Kick: less range (maybe).- less meter gain for loop combo (didn't mention if it's exclusive to SA2 loop or not). βΌJP.- SA2: more recovery (cannot combo from light > SA2 > medium attack anymore).- OD Stribog: Can combo into from medium attack and target combo.
