Her femurs (thigh bones) had serious multiple fractures and no discolour or bruising - that's only happens when the skeletal structure is fractured in a corpse, otherwise.

If those fractures happened during the point when she was alive, it would have been heavily discoloured (deep purple, almost black) due to the blood accumulation beneath the skin.
