Last weekend I went to Abu Dhabi and the best part was beaches in AD
Unfortunately there is not a single beach in Dubai which looks like that thanks to developers who commercialized every single beach and ruined Mother Nature
Abu Dhabi has some of the nicest beaches in the UAE.. Saadiyat Island is just outrageously wonderful

I have seen this post of HH sheikh Hamdan & was so happy. Usually Pilates as sport is only associated with women while you will rarely see a male doing it. Pilates is very helpful for recovery, flexibility, balance , strengthening small muscles & toning your body for sure 🥰
