@OptimumHelp Please help me downgrade my plan to 300mbps and reduce the price. I only see an upgrade option and I dont need 500mbps plan which is now costing me almost 100USD (I started this at 45USD). I wonder should I switch to @EarthLink,as they are more transparent in this!

Despite my recent bad experience with AirIndia. The new fleet of @airindia is top notch. The staff helped me and co-passengers also help in sorting the situation. From checkin to check out, the experience was wonderful. #KeepitUp and #Flyhigh

Is there any #airline #worse than @airindia. @emirates What's your policy for traveller with 14m old. Next time I would like to use an airline with better service. As a young parent, #AirIndia made the journey a horrible experience.

@airindia Hi, I booked seats in same row for myself (with 14m old) & my wife. You changed airbus configuration, reassign seats far apart. How can i manage with infant. Whn contacted customer service, i was told they cant help. Worst Service! Should have picked @etihad or others.

@airindia I sent the DM. But again, on my way to Delhi was a #Terrible experience and now it's another nightmare. @airindia If this is how you treat passengers, you are going to lose loyal customers. How can I recommend your service to any young parent!

-The TV and entertainment not working -And stroller though should be given at the exit was sent to the baggage counter and needed to walk with my kid and got stroller only at the end! @airindia really really disappointed.

@airindia Hi, During the flight there were empty business seats but when I asked at the counter and even in the flight is there a way to upgrade, I was told "No, No seat available". It was my kids first flight (around 1yr old) & wanted to be a comfortable experience but ended up opposite

@airindia The flight I paid is 3247 (see attached file). Always been traveling with #AirIndia but you can only promote your country flight too a certain extent. Really felt deceived on this occasion
