@xqq437 I've never had qalie Mahi! Based on a Google recipe, it looks delish. I think karafs is better than gormeh, but gheymeh is up there too. Gormeh has become our national version of pad thai - accessible, acceptable to most palates, crazy popular but not the most amazing or complex.

China & GCC (maybe even Canada) will be the biggest beneficiaries of the US losing their edge. They will woo American scientists w/ better funding & comp packages. I'd obviously recommend Canada - funding is cut throat, but we are nice about it.

The Star of David is important in all the Abrahamic faiths. You can find it carves into old mosques motifs, art & architecture. I wonder if the Star of David is the same as the Seal of Solomon & David's Shield. Are they variations of the same symbol?
