Before going to the Vipassana retreat, I spent quite some time making sure that all infrastructure worked like clockwork. And that it could be assisted by our team if something went wrong. The problem had arisen in the place that I was the most sure of. I made some mistake, and the server configuration wasn't updated properly enough. And only I had access to that configuration. What an irony. I went to the retreat to clear the head so I could work better and deliver cooler features. And with that, I broke what was already working. Well, the conclusions are made.
