Hedera doing 10k TPS on 39 nodes is rookie numbers. I can do 175k+ TPS with a single-node, browser-based blockchain. Yes. It's a blockchain. Fight me.

Hedera achieves 10k TPS on 39 nodes running enterprise hardware. Yeah, 39. Want to run a Hedera node? No problem, just need 24 cores / 320 gb ram and a 5TB nvme to meet the recommended requirements. $20k should do it. Oh, sorry, forgot to mentioned it’s permissioned. But permissionless nodes are on the roadm—oh, they removed that a few months ago. Maybe just use Algorand.
