New year new pinned!
Hey everyone thanks for visiting my page!
I'm a variety gaming account. I started using the account to review Pokémon rom hacks/fan games but it kinda evolved into a bit of everything really. I especially like long-winded essays as well as making interactive
What is the prettiest console in your opinion?
(Not console wars just the ones that are the most aesthetically pleasing)

Here's mine:
I never owned this, I had the standard red one (which was beautiful in it's own right) but damn, this color and design are peak, and I
@GucciCanti
You know what. I think options are good to have, it should be togglable.
But I like the way it is as well. I think if you could turn it off, people wouldnt!
Favorite games on this system that weren't Pokemon, Mario or Zelda?
------------
Now I should be a little more knowledgeable with this little machine, but I know you all will surprise me!
Why do I do this to myself, like I don't have enough to play already...
Anyone have a game you've tried to get into multiple times?
------
At what point did you give up and realise it just wasn't for you?
Or maybe you tried 'X' amount of times and then finally something just clicked.
Perhaps you're like me and for the most part, if you try
@Nidorom
Bioshock 1. I wasn't impressed at first, but I gave it a second chance after a few years and I was instantly hooked. I was so into it that I started Bioshock 2 right after I finished the first one. Surprisingly, Infinite was not it for me. Maybe I'll have to give it another shot.
Anyone have a game as a kid that you really wanted but your parents/caregivers wouldn't buy it for you?
Did you manage to rectify that as an adult and if so, did it live up to your expectations?
Comment and I'll give you a genre of games and then you have to post your faves in said genre!
If you really hate what I give you, you can ask for something else but I will silently judge you forever ;)
What's your biggest "you had to be there" gaming moment?
Bunny day 2020...
These scars will never heal. I can never think of eggs the same way I used to...
Controversial opinion about the Legend of Zelda.
Majoras Mask is the worst mainline game.
The only game I didn't finish. It was far too anxiety enducing and stressful for me! :S
What was your childhood favorite Pokemon?
It could cause problems for me if word gets out so don't tell anyone. Wouldn't want anyone thinking I'm a fraud now would we?
I don't trust anyone who doesn't put their games back in their cases when they're done using them.
If you have other strorage for them das cool, but if you just have loose games lying around, I don't think we can be friends.
Anyone else struggle to enjoy games they can't 'complete'?
Y'know, roll credits, done on to the next one rather than games that don't have a definitive end.
I'm not an achievement hunter or anything. Sure if a game hooks me I'll play it for as long as it takes, but stuff like
Calling game hoppers, you know who you are. The type that flit from game to game making really slow progress over time in about a million things.
How'd you do it and not get overwhelmed? Teach me please!
Was trying it out when my usual style is to play one thing till the end.
Persona 3 Reload is my new favorite remake of all time.
I swear the game was perfect before, but they somehow managed to improve and polish it up in every conceivable way.
I swear I will stop posting about it now, but this game is a masterpiece, I love it so much, what a great
What are your favorite games that are available on the Switch?
--------
This little thing has one hell of a library of 1st/3rd parties and indies!
Bonus points if you can mention something I've never heard of cause I'm pretty confident in at least knowing most of the stuff
Who's picking Unicorn Overlord up today?
Poll below!
I tried the demo. Damn it's beautiful and the soundtrack, my goodness it stinks of high production value. It breaks my heart to say, but sadly it's not for me. I just couldn't jive with the combat, just not a fan of the auto
Just passed 2K followers on here!
Thankyou so much everyone!
I'm so grateful for the awesome people I've met on this site. I love the back and forths we have with eachother!
Thankyou for sticking by this stupid waffley rodent!
So you know how I said I wasn't gonna get an Xbox?
I got an Xbox.
It's on it's way xD
At long last I will be able to Pal it up! ^^
Will be nice to play Persona3R on the big screen as well!
An IRL thing happened that meant I haven't been playing much anywhere these last few
Kid me: When I grow up I'm going to buy all the games I want! :3
Adult me: Can someone turn parental controls on for me? I can't stop buying stuff I'll never play! >.<
I was a bit late to the party but what are everyone's thoughts on Tales of Arise?
I'm a little ways into the second half of the game now.
I love the gameplay and combat (although I am starting to burn out on it now) I like how layers were gradually introduced. I like how diverse
Twitter/X Gone done shadow banned me!
Can you guys see this?
Everybody say 'Way ooh'
Its so obvious...
Probably because of my sporadic activity lately due to IRL events...
It might be time to boot up this bad boy after having it backlogged for the longest time. Been in a game drought lately a mixture of IRL stuff and a lot of backlogged game installs has me apprehensive.
I know I've said this before, albeit a long time ago. But does anyone else
The best thing about being a Nintendo fan my whole life and only branching out recently, is that I get to buy and look forward to playing these massive games that You've all played already ;)
Just some recent pick ups for example:
I'll be sad to see Game go but I honestly don't think it's the digital consumer's fault, they just haven't been able to adapt and keep up with the times.
I opt for physical where possible but if it's a niche game (sometimes happens even with popular games) I have to pre-order
Which games have you double-dipped (or more) on?
-----
You guys know I don't replay stuff, so I've actually only done it this once with COTN. I had the Switch version, but then I realised you can play your own songs on the PC version, and it's cheap as hecc right now, a
So since I talked about another Japanese mascot yesterday...
What does everyone think about this guy?
Is he still hated, or did it come full circle again?
Post a game you think you're actually good at.

I still have the quick movements I developed as a kid playing this game for hundreds of hours, people would be so impressed watching me move the blocks in advance for future combos lol, felt like a real chad xD
I'm sure I'd
Can someone who isn't a fan of stealth games enjoy Assassin's Creed?
And if so, what is the best one to play?
I've heard some of them are more action-adventure, whilst others are more rpg, don't really mind either way when you reduce them to labels like that.
They look
Dumb things you've done in games?
Has anyone made a huge derp like not realizing a mechanic exists until hours later, finding something difficult when there is an easy way of doing it, or missing something really obvious?
Please tell me about your horror stories so I can feel
Do any of you know any good modern 3D platformers?
I swear it's so hard to find a decent one, every indie one I play feels so darn jank and barely any AAA devs make them these days, and sometimes you just have a hankering y'know?

Ones I've played with marks to show if I
Is there a genre you wish you were good at, but you suck at it massively?
For me, I wish I could play fighting games, but honestly, I even struggle with that Clefairy memory minigame on Pokemon stadium. I got bonked a lot.
No way in hell I'm remembering all those combos xD
I
Reasons why Roots of Pacha is great, and the best farming game I've played in a long time.
----------------------------
I've been writing this for ages. The game consumed my life and is the reason why my twt has been so boring on the game front at least. I'm sure there's so much
Who picked this up today then? :)
I was umm-ing and arr-ing about it but caved in the end because I needed some good-old fashioned cheering up today xD
There should be a setting in the options menu in games called 'hoarder mode' which nullifies the weight limit/ gives you unlimited inventory for people like me who have to pick up everything that isn't nailed to the ground.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who's gone to buy a game and realized they already own it?
Hear me out...
If a game isn't an instabuy for me then I put it on a list (I really like lists) and I will think about it for months and religiously wait for it to go on sale or wait
Me trying to decide what to play:
I hate it when something doesn't jump out at you and you have to force it, and because of that you end up making a bad decision most of the time, anyone relate? >.<
If you don't hear from me for a while I'm playing Stitch.
It's ridiculously addictive, if you're on the fence, buy it.
I always try these games and lose interest super fast, but not this one. It's so heckin' cute and it's so satisfying!

P.S. Devs, I wish you could have
Friend: You're not that old.
Me: I remember when pre-order bonuses were actually good and you got more than a s**** poster and some stickers.
Friend: Okay never mind, you old.
Being on this site is not good for my backlog xD
Nearly every day I get recommended awesome looking games that I never heard of before xD
I mean, yeah sometimes I do ask for it :P
But not always! sometimes my moots are just chatting to someone else about a game, and I rock up
My most precious save file/s:
*TRIGGER WARNING*

My mum's new leaf save file/my new horizons safe file.

My mum passed away very recently from cancer (9th March)
I introduced her to new leaf and he was so hooked (she wasn't a gamer) and in my new horizons file
What's everyone been playing lately?
I honestly haven't played all that much what with real life and all, but when I have I've been doing a little on The Witcher 3, doing a few runs of the Splatoon 3 side order DLC and playing Fools Gold (an amazing rom hack by the way) can't
Why does Soul Hackers 2 have such harsh ratings? Been playing it for about 8 hours and I can't see anything so far that would justify the negative reception, or is it a case where critics were really harsh and the fan reception was a bit more positive?
Sure the dungeons are a
I am ordinarily amazing at keeping my real life away from social media and I would like it to stay that way. No-one needs to see negativity, there's plenty around as is.
But there is a massive event taking place in my life right now. I want to carry on like nothing has happened,
*Updated pinned post*
Hey everyone, thanks for visting my page! My Twitter is a place where I'll be dumping my thoughts on Pokémon rom hacks/fan games and Nintendo Switch games. In between that I'll probably just waffle on about any gaming related topics that tickle my fancy,
What are your fave genres of games?
Are there any that you outright hate despite trying them?
And are there any that you'd like to dip your toes into but for whatever reason, haven't yet?
Me: Gets up in the middle of the night.
Partner: What's up, why can't you sleep?
Me: I was just thinking about how licensed movie/tv show tie-in games used to be good.
Be honest. What game(s) did you drop and just watched the ending on Youtube?
Maybe you just weren't enjoying it anymore, you were brick-walled at a boss, or something else came out and you wanted to see it through but you didn't have time.

I do it a lot. Even recently
