This is a critical piece of Know Your Rights. Never ever open the door for an ICE agent without a judicial warrant. Just don't do it. So, what is a judicial warrant??? And how it is it different from the more common administrative document? Learn more here.

New from me: The Laken Riley Act could hand decisions about the enforcement of many immigration laws to state attorneys general and any one of 677 federal district judges around the country; including decisions to issue visa bans to entire nations. That raises serious concerns.
